Assembly Connector
At present, we adapt the automatic assembly machine in our factory.
Then put them(plastic housing and terminal) together
Producing Plastic Houisng and Terminal
Assembly the mold and producing the Plastic housing; All QC in this part.
Stamping the Metal terminal, and electro plate the terminal with All QC.
CCD QC and Packaging
After assembling the finished connector, we inspect every connector. Then we package it by auto CCD inspecting and packaging machine.
