Whether the color and shape of pin/solder ball are normal (no oxidation, deformation, burr, damage and taint is permitted) or not

OUTLINE DIMENSIONS INSPECTION
Whether outline dimension, pins location, pin spacing and pin length are consistent with the profile ID on the package or not
SCRAPE TEST
Whether the materials scraped are in powder form or not
SURFACE TEST
Use swab dipped in acetone to wipe product surface to inspect whether the colors are fading and swabs are blacking or not
MARKING TEST
Whether outline dimension, pins location, pin spacing and pin length are consistent with the profile ID on the package or not
How to accurately and quickly verify the true and false of the label?
(1) Contrast method
You compared with the original label, such as label format, font, layout, etc. You need to have a wealth of experience, understand the label format of each brand, and accumulate a large number of original labels.
(2) Find a different way
We find out the differences and find the problem, mainly mention that the word is misspelled.
(3) Information verification method
This is very important that we must carefully check all the information on the label, such as check the official website and Datasheet. If you encounter a difference, also check PCN. (Product change notice)
